General Data Protection Regulation 2018

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Legislation came into force on 25 May 2018.

GDPR builds on existing Data Protection legislation to help ensure that your data is handled as you would wish it to be. In order for us to comply with GDPR the Trustees are required to obtain updated permission from all its hirers to hold contact data relating to the Lecture Hall Charity and bookings.

Information held will be your name, address, phone number, e-mail and, where appropriate, your liability insurance details. These details are held solely for purposes relating to the Lecture Hall Charity and bookings.

Under the GDPR you have the right to request copies of information that we hold about you, the right to correct any mistakes in your information and the right to withdraw these permissions at any time by communicating with the hall manager.

Please note that we will never disclose your Personal Data to third parties.
